In just a little more than one week, I will leave for Rome to make my visit ‘ad limina apostolorum’ (to the threshold of the Apostles). This official and required visit usually takes place every five years; however, it has been eight years since my last visit. Pope Benedict understandably (he just turned 85) has been keeping a little less hectic schedule.
