Capuchin Mall Ministry to welcome new director Aug. 1 COLORADO SPRINGS. Capuchin Father James Moster, a VA hospital chaplain in Topeka, Kan., since 1991, has been named the new director of Mall Ministry at the Catholic Center at Citadel Mall and guardian (local minister) of Our Lady of Angels Friary in Black Forest, effective Aug. 1. |
